The Stones Throw Board has voted and the 2026 Water and Sewer monthly payment will remain at $95.00 each month with the due date to remain the 23rd of each month. However, the board has voted to start charging a $15.00 a month late fee for any payments over 15 days late. Ridgewood Farms sewer monthly payment will remain at $50.00 each month.
Please put a reminder on your phone to pay your monthly utility payment on the 23rd of each month. The Annual Assessment dues will remain at $137.50 for 2026 and must be paid by April 1, 2026.
The online payment system is no longer valid as of January 1, 2026. Please send your payment to PO Box 534, Harrisburg, NC 28075 or place in the HOA Payment drop box at the mailbox on Blackvine Dr. Please send us your email and/or phone number with your payment so we may have your contact information.
